Salary:

?15,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

About Us:

S.S. Children Academy is an English-medium, co-educational school affiliated with the RBSE board. We offer classes from Play Group to Grade 10 and are committed to providing quality education with activity-based learning and a strong academic foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations and administration of the school. Implement academic and activity-based learning systems to ensure overall student development. Supervise teachers, staff, and coordinators to maintain discipline, quality teaching, and smooth school functioning. Monitor lesson plans, student progress, and ensure timely completion of the syllabus. Plan, organize, and execute school functions, activities, and events as per the academic calendar. Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) and address parent concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with RBSE board rules, RTE norms, and local education regulations. Manage admissions, marketing initiatives, and school branding to increase enrollment. Prepare and monitor budgets, ensure efficient utilization of resources, and handle basic administrative tasks. Drive teacher training programs to enhance teaching quality and student engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is compulsory.

M.Ed. (Master of Education) is compulsory

for this position. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in teaching or school administration (experience as a principal or vice-principal preferred). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle staff management, parent interactions, and academic planning. Proficiency in English and basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace). Passion for education, discipline, and innovation in teaching and learning.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
