Eligibility & Qualifications
Post-Graduate in any discipline
B.Ed / M.Ed (Preferable)
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as Principal / Vice-Principal / Academic Head
Strong knowledge of CBSE / State Board curriculum
Excellent leadership, communication, and administrative skills
Key Responsibilities
Overall academic & administrative leadership of the school
Teacher mentoring, classroom monitoring & academic planning
Implementation of modern teaching methods & technology-based learning
Parent engagement and school growth planning
Ensuring discipline, safety, and holistic student development
