Oversee operations of a secondary School
Ensure high standards of teaching and learning
Develop and implement school policies and procedures
Manage school finances and allocate resources effectively
Coordinate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student development
Monitor student progress and implement improvement plans

Lead staff meetings and professional development sessions
Qualification
Bachelor degree in Education or a related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership position within an educational setting
Strong knowledge of educational policies and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in school management and educational leadership
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
