Head of School - Cambridge Curriculum (CAIE) (Female Candidates preferred )

Role Summary

The Principal will serve as the academic and administrative head of the Cambridge school, responsible for driving strategic leadership, ensuring high-quality teaching-learning practices, maintaining CAIE standards, strengthening school operations, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and progressive school culture.

Oversee delivery of Cambridge Primary, Lower Secondary levels . Ensure alignment with CAIE standards, policies, and assessment practices. Lead school operations ensuring compliance with school policies, safety norms, and regulatory requirements. Conduct classroom observations and performance appraisals. Maintain positive relationships with parents, the School Management, CAIE representatives, and the broader school community. Drive school vision, mission, and long-term roadmap.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Education or related field (preferred). B.Ed. or equivalent mandatory. Certification in Cambridge Professional Development / Cambridge Leadership programs (advantage). Minimum 10 years of teaching experience + 3-5 years in a leadership role (Vice Principal/Academic Coordinator/Principal).

Ability to manage school operations efficiently. Empathy, integrity, and ability to connect with students, teachers, and parents.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
