Age:-30years to 40 years

Experience Required: 5 years to 8 Years

Qualification: Master's Degree in Education / B.Ed. / M.Ed. (preferred)

Salary:-1 lakh to 1.25 lakh per month

KEY RESPON SIBILITIES:

Provide visionary leadership and overall management of the school

Develop and implement academic policies, curriculum planning, and teaching standards.

Supervise and guide teachers to ensure effective classroom delivery and student learning outcomes.

Maintain discipline, student welfare, and a positive learning environment.

Ensure compliance with educational regulations and board (CBSE/ICSE/IB/State) guidelines.

Collaborate with parents, staff, and management to strengthen school-community relationships.

Monitor and evaluate academic performance through assessments and progress reports.

Manage admissions, budgeting, and school resources efficiently.

Organize extracurricular activities, cultural events, and skill-development programs.

Lead teacher training, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
