Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 5 yrs of an experience as Principal of a renowned/reputed K12 School
A strong academician and an administrator
Latest and updated knowledge on best practices, methodologies, and developments at both National and International levels pertaining to academic administration
Expert knowledge of CBSE regulatory, academic, affiliation, and procedural issues
Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict management skills
Excellent parent-handling skills
Perspective Plan for upcoming 3-5 yrs
