The Principal serves as the academic and administrative leader of the school, responsible for providing vision, guidance, and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality education. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Administration
Provide strategic leadership and implement the school's vision and mission.
Oversee daily operations, including academic programs, extracurricular activities, and administrative functions.
Ensure compliance with local education regulations, policies, and accreditation requirements.
Academic Management
Develop, monitor, and enhance curriculum and instructional standards.
Evaluate teaching methods, student performance, and learning outcomes.
Introduce innovative teaching practices and educational technologies.
Staff Supervision & Development
Recruit, train, and mentor teachers and administrative staff.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide professional development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and motivating work culture.
Student Development & Welfare
Promote holistic development, including academics, behavior, and extracurricular activities.
Address student issues, including discipline, safety, and counseling.
Engage parents and guardians in student growth and school activities.
Financial & Resource Management
Manage school budgets, resources, and infrastructure efficiently.
Ensure the maintenance of school facilities, safety, and security standards.
Community Engagement & Representation
Represent the school in the local community, educational events, and parent forums.
Develop partnerships with organizations, educational boards, and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in Education, Administration, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of teaching and administrative experience, preferably in private schools.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and inspire staff and students.
Knowledge of curriculum design, assessment methods, and modern teaching tools.
