We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead a CBSE-affiliated school in Bidar. The role requires strong academic leadership, effective people management, and the ability to drive overall school growth and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide academic and administrative leadership to the school
Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum
Lead and mentor teachers and school leadership teams
Maintain CBSE compliance, documentation, and inspection readiness
Oversee student performance, discipline, and overall school culture
Work closely with management on academic planning and operations
Eligibility Criteria
B.Ed is mandatory
Minimum 5-10 years of teaching experience, with prior experience as Vice Principal / Principal preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Prior CBSE school experience is essential
