Responsibilities:

Oversee all academic, administrative, and operational aspects of the school with a focus on excellence and compliance. Ensure consistent implementation of the CBSE curriculum, assessment frameworks, and regulatory guidelines. Design and execute long-term academic strategies to improve teaching quality, student performance, and learning outcomes. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to teaching staff through regular evaluations and feedback. Cultivate a disciplined, inclusive, and student-centered school culture that supports intellectual, emotional, and social growth. Act as the primary point of contact for parents, community partners, and local stakeholders, with strong communication in Telugu. Manage school budgets, infrastructure, and regulatory compliance to ensure sustainable operations. Promote and support co-curricular, extracurricular, and student welfare programs to enrich the overall educational experience.
Requirements

Master's Degree in Education or a related field, along with a valid B.Ed. qualification. Minimum of 9-10 years of progressive experience as a Principal in a recognized CBSE school. Prior experience in a residential school environment is highly preferred. Fluency in Telugu, with the ability to communicate effectively with local families and community members. Strong command of English for official documentation, reporting, and inter-school communication. Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities. Proficiency in standard computer applications and familiarity with CBSE policies, procedures, and digital tools. Age below 55 years.
