Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive
School Outreach Executive
who will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with school decision-makers (Principals, Academic Heads, Coordinators) to drive adoption of our career counseling solutions and ensure sustainable partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular visits to CBSE/ICSE schools in Pune and nearby areas.
Leverage existing networks with Principals, Academic Heads, and Coordinators to establish strong partnerships.
Present and demonstrate career counseling solutions effectively to school stakeholders.
Facilitate smooth integration of the program within schools to drive student participation and enrollments.
Achieve defined revenue and partnership targets.
Desired Profile
2-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management in the
education sector
.
Strong network and rapport with school decision-makers in Pune.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about student career guidance.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Marathi/Hindi preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
