The NSF Creative Learning & Leadership (NCL) program impacts over 1,250+ schools and 3,00,000+ students across India. It offers an assessment-driven learning improvement model, providing free support for government schools and affordable access for private schools. In Hyderabad, NSF is pioneering Competency-Based Assessments (CBA) tailored for premium private schools, aligning with NEP 2020 and global best practices. Our mission is to foster deep learning, critical thinking, and real-world readiness among students. Role Overview As the School Outreach Manager, you will be the face of NSF's assessment initiatives for premium private schools in Hyderabad and beyond. You will drive strategic outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building with school leadership teams to onboard them into NSF's Competency Based Assessment program and ensure successful, long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales & Outreach
? Identify and engage premium private schools (?1 lakh+ annual fee range) aligned with NSF's mission.
? Generate and qualify leads through online and offline channels, school visits, and professional networks.
? Develop and execute a sales plan to expand adoption of CBA solutions across targeted schools.
? Represent NSF at education forums, school leadership events, and academic conferences. Partnership Development
? Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, academic heads, and school management.
? Customize assessment solutions to suit each school's academic and operational needs.
? Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements professionally and transparently. Pipeline & Performance Management
? Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
? Track and report KPIs, including lead generation, conversions, renewals, and revenue.
? Provide regular insights to internal teams on market needs and competitor trends. Collaboration & Marketing Integration
? Work closely with the Marketing and Academic teams to align communication and delivery.
? Support marketing initiatives through testimonials, case studies, and events.
? Contribute to strategic campaigns aimed at scaling participation among premium schools.
Qualifications & Experience:
? Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Education, Business, or related field.
? 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships, preferably in education, ed-tech, or assessments.
? Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
? Familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, IB, and Cambridge school systems.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
