Job Summary
We are hiring a proactive School Outreach and Partnership Executive to build collaborations with schools across Mumbai. You will approach educational institutions to propose partnerships for developmental evaluations, workshops, teacher training, and customized programs. This field-based role involves frequent travel within Mumbai and requires strong communication skills and a passion for child welfare.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify target schools (preschools to secondary, including special education) in Mumbai.
Conduct cold outreach, schedule meetings, and deliver presentations to principals and administrators on our services (e.g., assessments, workshops on emotional intelligence, learning disabilities, and parental engagement).
Prepare customized proposals and close partnerships for evaluations, on-site workshops, training, and ongoing services.
Nurture relationships with partner schools, ensure smooth program delivery, and collect feedback.
Track outreach activities, pipeline, and conversions using CRM/spreadsheets; meet quarterly targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings to school needs.
Stay informed on child development trends and Mumbai's education landscape.
Travel daily within Mumbai to visit schools and attend events.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor's in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Business, or related field (Master's or certification in Child Development preferred).
Experience: 2-5 years in sales, business development, or outreach; experience in education/healthcare/child-focused sectors advantageous.
Skills:
o Outstanding communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities.o Strong networking and relationship-building skills.o Knowledge of child development and Mumbai's school ecosystem.o Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.o Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient.o Valid driver's license and comfort with daily local travel (reimbursement provided).
