Job Discription
Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting
Managing school security, caretakers, and other ground staff.
Ensure the school complies with relevant laws and regulations
Hire, train and advise staff
Resolve conflicts and other issues
Meet and greet all visitors to the School
Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
Maintain the general email accounts (info@ and admin@), responding to queries / directing enquiries as required ? Assist in the upkeep of contact records, including student
Order stationary, first-aid equipment and sundries
Maintaining a clean, tidy and orderly admin office
Assist with organizing meeting rooms (booking space, arranging furniture etc.).
Organise refreshments for meetings, including ordering food and making tea and coffee
Maintain hire documentation
Looking after school transportation
Requirements:
A bachelor's or master's degree.
2 years of relevant experience in School
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
