Responsibilities



? Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.

? Maintain and update student records, attendance, and other administrative databases.

? Assist in the preparation and distribution of school communications.

? Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff and school events.

? Handle inquiries from parents, students, and staff, providing accurate and timely information.

? Manage school supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.

? Support the admissions process by managing applications, organizing documentation, and assisting with enrolment procedures.

? Assist in organizing school events.

? Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

? Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
