Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Nurse to provide healthcare support to students and staff, ensuring a safe and healthy school environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing student health records, providing first aid, addressing medical concerns, and promoting overall wellness in alignment with school policies and international best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Provide immediate first aid and medical attention to students and staff in case of illness or injury. Maintain and update student health records, including immunization and medical history. Develop and implement health programs that align with school policies and international best practices. Administer prescribed medications and monitor students with chronic conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, allergies). Collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals to support students' well-being. Conduct health screenings and preventive care programs. Educate students and staff on health, hygiene, and safety practices. Ensure compliance with local health regulations and school policies. Respond to emergencies and coordinate with external healthcare providers when necessary. Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure proper sanitation of the school clinic.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution. Registered Nurse (RN) certification with a valid license. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a school, pediatric, or clinical setting. Knowledge of child and adolescent health, emergency care, and first aid. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Mandatory Requirements

CPR and First Aid Certification. Experience in handling medical emergencies and crisis management. Proficiency in maintaining digital health records. Ability to educate students on health and wellness topics.
