We're building a

national network of Education Consultants

who can connect schools to Classess, helping them modernize their academic operations and experience the power of AI in education.

Role Overview

As an

Education / Institutional Consultant

, you'll be the

first-level connector

between Classess and schools in your region.
You'll leverage your existing school relationships to introduce Classess, schedule demos, and help onboard institutions.

This role offers

unlimited earning potential

?3 lakhs+ per month

through commissions and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach schools, colleges, and educational groups in your network. Present the Classess platform to decision-makers (principals, directors, chairpersons). Facilitate product demos with the Classess onboarding team. Support institutions during the sign-up and activation process. Report leads and progress regularly. Maintain long-term relationships for renewals and new feature adoption.

Education Consultants / School Advisors Curriculum / Publishing Representatives (Oxford, Collins, etc.) Smart-Class / ERP / EdTech Vendors Academic Trainers / PD Providers Retired Principals, Academic Heads, or Coordinators School Setup & Affiliation Consultants Institutional Sales Executives (EdTech, Learning Tools) Tutors or Coaching-center Owners with strong school contacts

Qualifications

3+ years of experience working with or selling to schools. Strong school network (CBSE, ICSE, IB, Cambridge, or State Boards). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-driven, ethical, and passionate about educational impact. Comfortable working independently (remote).

Earning Potential

Earnings: ₹1,00,000 - ?5,00,000 + per month

Commission per school onboarded

(multiple schools can be onboarded each month).
