Job Description

The School Marketing Executive will be responsible for

field marketing and admission generation

in

assigned school areas/zones

across West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

field marketing activities

in

assigned school areas and nearby localities

. Generate enquiries and

secure student admissions

from designated school catchment areas. Visit residential areas, coaching centers, feeder schools, and community locations within the allotted zone. Counsel parents and guardians regarding admission procedures, fees, and academic offerings. Coordinate with the admissions team for follow-ups and closures. Plan and execute

area-wise promotion activities

such as campaigns, roadshows, and events. Maintain daily reports on

area-wise enquiries, conversions, and admissions

. Achieve

monthly and yearly admission targets

for allotted areas.

Eligibility & Skills

Graduate preferred. Experience in

school admissions / field marketing / sales

will be an advantage. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas. Strong communication skills in

Bengali, Hindi, and basic English

. Target-driven with good local area knowledge.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
