The School Maintenance In-charge / Supervisor will be responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, and upkeep of the school campus, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily

maintenance and repair work

of school buildings, classrooms, offices, toilets, playgrounds, and common areas Supervise and coordinate work of

maintenance staff, housekeeping staff, and technicians

Ensure proper functioning of

electrical, plumbing, water supply, sanitation, and drainage systems

Monitor maintenance of

furniture, fixtures, doors, windows, lighting, fans, and equipment

Coordinate with

external vendors and contractors

for repair and maintenance work Maintain

maintenance records, logs, and inventory

of tools and materials Ensure

safety standards and hygiene

are followed across the school campus Conduct regular

inspection rounds

to identify issues and take preventive action Support school management during

events, inspections, and emergencies

Ensure compliance with

school policies and local safety regulations

Skills Required

Basic technical knowledge of building maintenance Good supervision and coordination skills Problem-solving and time management abilities Basic computer and typing skills Responsible, disciplined, and reliable attitude

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
