We are looking for a qualified and experienced School Librarian with a B.Lib / M.Lib degree to manage our library and provide students and staff with access to a well-organized collection of learning resources. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a school environment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a love for reading and research.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day library operations, including cataloguing, issuing, and returning books.
Develop and maintain an updated inventory of books, e-resources, and reference materials.
Guide students and staff in locating and using library resources effectively.
Organize reading programs, book fairs, and other literacy initiatives.
Maintain a welcoming, organized, and conducive environment for learning and research.
Collaborate with teachers to support curriculum and project-based learning.
Ensure proper upkeep of library records and implement library policies.
Introduce digital tools and modern library practices to enhance learning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Library Science (B.Lib / M.Lib).
Minimum 1 of experience as a Librarian, preferably in a school environment.
Strong knowledge of library management systems and digital resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for books, research, and promoting a reading culture among students.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
