Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed regional revenue targets through strategic school partnerships.
Drive consultative B2B sales and close high-value SIP deals.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM reporting.
Leverage your CBSE school network to generate consistent business opportunities.
Build and nurture relationships with Principals, Directors, Trustees, and School Owners.
Align SISYA's SIP solutions with school needs to ensure long-term collaboration.
Ensure customer satisfaction, timely collections, and strong account retention.
Collaborate with academic, operations, and marketing teams for smooth implementation.
Qualifications:
2+ years of proven experience
in selling
School Integrated Programs (SIP)
.
Successful track record with reputed
test-prep or foundation brands
.
Strong existing network within
CBSE schools
running or planning SIP models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
