About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and passionate School HR Lead who will take complete ownership of HR operations and people initiatives at the school. The role involves managing end-to-end HR processes -- from hiring and onboarding to employee engagement, retention, and compliance -- while building a strong people culture on campus.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture
? Drive engagement and recognition programs to improve the Great Place to Work (GPTW) score.
? Conduct team connects, FGDs, and grievance resolutions.
? Support line managers in employee conversations and feedback discussions. Retention & On-boarding
? Monitor and control school attrition.
? Focus on new joiner retention through structured on-boarding and LaunchPad activities. ? Ensure completion of 30-60-90 day feedback forms for all new hires.
Recruitment & Hiring
? Handle end-to-end hiring for all school roles within defined timelines (TAT).
? Achieve 100% hiring for approved positions during the academic year. HR Operations & Process Compliance
? Submit all HR trackers on time without follow-up.
? Ensure 100% accuracy in payroll-related data (DOJ, LWD, LOP, salary breakup, bank details, etc.).
? Adhere to all HR policies and process compliance guidelines shared by HO.
Talent Development
? Work closely with the Principal and leadership team to build internal talent pipelines.
? Promote career growth and development of staff within the school.
