Ensure the school meets all regulatory and statutory compliance requirements.
Financial Oversight
Support budgeting, financial planning, and cost-control measures.
Parent & Community Relations
Address parent queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Marketing & Branding Support
Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, social media, website updates, and communication materials.
Transport & Logistics Supervision
Monitor school transport routes, timings, safety protocols, and GPS tracking.
Procurement & Vendor Management

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Administration, Education, or related field
Experience:
3-4+ years of experience in school administration, operations, or general management.
Experience handling teams and multi-department operations.
Skills:
Strong leadership, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of school operations, compliance, and safety standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and school management software.
