Job Description

Required Qualifications -

MBA/ Master's degree in

Psychology / Counseling / Education

(or related field) Certified or trained in

Student Counseling / Child Psychology

Minimum

1-3 years of experience

as a school counselor (freshers with training may apply) Strong

communication skills in English

Ability to handle

student behavioral, academic, and emotional issues

Friendly, patient, and supportive attitude Basic computer knowledge for student records and reports
Key Responsibilities

Provide

academic, personal, and career counseling

to students Support students'

mental and emotional well-being

Conduct

one-on-one and group counseling sessions

Guide students on

goal setting and personal development

Work closely with

teachers and parents

Maintain

confidential student records
