Responsibilities:
Counsel students on academic, personal, and emotional concerns
Conduct guidance sessions, workshops, and parent meetings
Work with teachers and parents to support student progress
Refer students to specialists when required
Help students understand and follow school policies
Support student activities and events
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in
Psychology, Counselling, Child Development, or Career Guidance
Minimum 4+ years of experience
in student counseling (school experience preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
