Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students as needed.
Identify emotional, behavioural, or academic concerns and work with teachers and parents to address them.
Conduct regular mental health awareness and life skills sessions.
Develop and implement age-appropriate counselling programs that promote emotional resilience and self-awareness.
Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of student interactions and progress.
Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and parents to create a positive and inclusive school environment.
Assist in crisis intervention and provide guidance in sensitive situations.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and offer professional insights when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualification:
M.A. in Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in school or child counselling.
Exceptional freshers with strong academic and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
