We are looking for a

dedicated and compassionate School Counselor

to join our school team. The ideal candidate will support students' academic, emotional, social, and career development while working closely with teachers, parents, and school leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to students Support students with academic planning, behavioral concerns, and emotional well-being Identify students needing special attention and provide timely guidance Conduct career guidance sessions and life-skills programs Maintain counseling records and student confidentiality Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration for student development Address issues related to stress, anxiety, peer pressure, and discipline Conduct workshops for students and parents when required

Qualifications & Skills:

Master's degree in Psychology / Counseling / Child Development (mandatory) Relevant experience as a School Counselor preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathetic, patient, and student-focused approach Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally Familiarity with school counseling practices and child protection norms
