- Senior School Counsellor (Delhi, Healthcare-Focused)

Position Title:

Senior School Counsellor - Healthcare Integration

Location:

Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one and group counselling focusing on academic stress, emotional wellbeing, and health-related challenges Develop and facilitate mental-health, life-skills, stress-management, and wellness workshops Administer psychometric and behavioral assessments; create and monitor Individual Care Plans Collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals to support student welfare Lead crisis intervention protocols related to student health issues Maintain accurate documentation, tracking outcomes and interventions Stay informed about best practices at the intersection of school counselling and youth healthcare

Qualifications & Experience:

8 years of experience in school-based counselling, including at least some experience in healthcare-focused contexts Strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups
