Plan and implement the school's academic calendar and timetable.
Coordinate lesson plans, curriculum implementation, and assessments.
Monitor and evaluate teaching methods and learning outcomes.
Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
Ensure syllabus completion and exam readiness across grades.
2. Teacher Support & Supervision
Guide and mentor teachers in instructional strategies and classroom management.
Organize teacher training programs, workshops, and meetings.
Assist in teacher recruitment, induction, and performance evaluations.
Foster collaboration and communication among staff members.
3. Student Development
Monitor student progress and performance data.
Support teachers in addressing student learning difficulties.
Plan and coordinate extracurricular and enrichment programs.
Promote student discipline, attendance, and overall well-being.
4. Administrative & Communication Tasks
Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.
Liaise with parents to address concerns and share updates.
Coordinate school events, examinations, and meetings.
Support the Principal in implementing school policies and initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
1-3 years of teaching experience; prior experience in academic coordination is preferred.
