The School Coordinator will ensure the smooth functioning of academic and administrative operations of the school. The role requires strong IT skills, organizational ability, and leadership to manage staff substitutions, supervise floor in charges, coordinate events, oversee CBSE documentation, and maintain student records. The Coordinator will also play a key role in maintaining
academic quality standards
through regular class observations, copy correction checks, and lesson plan reviews, while supporting school marketing and communication initiatives.
Maintain daily substitution schedules for absent teachers and staff.
Ensure classes and essential functions run smoothly without disruption.
Report daily substitution summary to the Principal and Director.
2. Floor Incharges and Duty Supervision
Monitor the functioning of floor incharges and support staff.
Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and order on all floors.
Maintain a record of duty rosters and observations.
3. Academic Quality Monitoring
Ensure regular
copy correction
by teachers across subjects and grades.
Conduct
class observations
to review teaching methods, student engagement, and discipline.
Review and ensure the
quality of lesson plans
, integration of activities, and alignment with learning outcomes.
Share constructive feedback with teachers and compile monthly quality reports for the Principal.
4. Information & Communication with Principal
Collect, compile, and actively communicate information related to examinations, circulars, and events.
Ensure timely flow of accurate information to the Principal and Director.
Maintain records of important school communications and schedules.
5. CBSE Work
Support all CBSE-related documentation, reports, and compliance submissions.
Maintain updated records of CBSE circulars, formats, and data requirements.
Assist during CBSE inspections, audits, and academic record reviews.
6. Event Coordination and Information Management
Coordinate school events, celebrations, inter-house and inter-school competitions.
Maintain an annual events calendar and ensure seamless execution.
Prepare event briefs, updates, and reports for management.
7. Student Profile Updation
Maintain and regularly update student academic and co-curricular profiles.
Support in preparing consolidated reports and data summaries.
8. Marketing and Communication Supervision
Support school marketing initiatives under the guidance of the Director.
Supervise social media content, newsletters, and event highlights.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and timely updates.
9. IT & MIS Management
Use IT tools effectively for reporting, data management, and communication.
Maintain student and teacher data through Google Sheets, Excel, or MIS platforms.
Prepare presentations, reports, and data summaries as required by management.

Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Education, Management, or Administration).
Minimum
4-6 years of experience
in school coordination or academic administration (CBSE school experience preferred).
