Key Responsibilities
Coordinate academic activities and school schedules
Assist the Principal/Management in implementing school policies
Monitor classroom teaching and ensure curriculum compliance
Support teachers with lesson planning, assessments, and documentation
Organize examinations, meetings, events, and parent-teacher interactions
Maintain student records, attendance, and academic reports
Address student and parent concerns professionally
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and a positive school environment
Assist in admissions, orientation programs, and school promotions
Eligibility & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or relevant field
B.Ed preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching or school administration
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and school management systems
