Coordinate daily academic and administrative operations of the school
Support the Principal in planning and implementing school programs
Monitor curriculum implementation and academic schedules
Coordinate with teachers for lesson planning, assessments, and activities
Organize examinations, events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences
Maintain student and staff records accurately
Act as a liaison between management, teachers, parents, and students
Ensure school policies and procedures are followed
Assist in teacher evaluations and training programs
Address routine academic or disciplinary issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Teaching or school administration experience
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office / school management software
Preferred Skills & Experience
B.Ed / M.Ed qualification
Prior experience as Academic Coordinator or Supervisor
Leadership and problem-solving skills
