Job Description

The School Coordinator serves as a vital link between teachers, students, parents, and school administration. The role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing academic and extracurricular programs, ensuring smooth school operations, and supporting the implementation of school policies and curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Coordination:

Assist in planning and implementing the school's academic calendar and timetable. Coordinate curriculum delivery across grades to ensure consistency and quality. Support teachers with lesson planning, assessment schedules, and classroom management. Monitor and evaluate academic progress and prepare performance reports. Facilitate teacher training, workshops, and professional development sessions.

Administrative Duties:

Manage communication between staff, students, and parents. Maintain student records, attendance, and academic data. Support the Principal in organizing meetings, events, and school activities. Ensure compliance with school policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.

Student & Parent Engagement:

Address student needs and support their academic and emotional development. Organize parent-teacher meetings and follow up on action plans. Coordinate co-curricular and extracurricular programs to promote holistic development.

Operational Support:

Oversee logistics for exams, school functions, and inter-school events. Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to school values. Collaborate with administrative and support staff for smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred). Minimum [X] years of teaching or administrative experience in a school setting. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and school management software.
