Job Summary
The coordinator will work closely with the Principal to manage daily school operations, support teachers and staff, uphold student discipline, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and academically focused learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Principal in leading and managing school programs, staff, and operations
Support curriculum implementation and instructional improvement
Oversee student discipline, attendance, and behavior management systems
Collaborate with teachers to enhance student performance and engagement
Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff
Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the community
Ensure compliance with state and district policies
Coordinate extracurricular activities and school events
Support emergency procedures and safety initiatives
Qualifications
bachelors or Master's degree in Education
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience; leadership experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to motivate staff and cultivate a positive school culture
Preferred Skills
Experience managing student discipline
Knowledge of curriculum development
Familiarity with data-driven instruction
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
