The School Coordinator supports the smooth functioning of the school by coordinating academic activities, assisting teachers and students, and acting as a link between the school management, staff, students, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily academic and administrative activities
Support teachers in planning schedules, exams, and events
Monitor classroom activities and ensure curriculum implementation
Maintain student records, attendance, and academic reports
Communicate important information to parents and staff
Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and programs
Ensure school policies and rules are followed
Address basic student or parent concerns and report issues to management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Education preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
Ability to work well with students, teachers, and parents
Problem-solving and coordination skills
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a school or educational institution (preferred)
