Job Summary:

We are seeking a caring, creative, and organized

Play School Coordinator

to lead and manage daily operations at our preschool. The ideal candidate should have a passion for early childhood education and the ability to foster a nurturing and engaging environment for both children and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the play school Coordinate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure smooth communication Supervise curriculum planning, classroom activities, and learning outcomes Monitor safety, hygiene, and well-being of children Conduct staff training, performance evaluation, and mentoring Organize events, parent meetings, and celebrations Ensure compliance with school standards and early education best practices Maintain student records and progress reports

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Early Childhood Education or related field) 2-5 years of experience in a preschool or play school setting Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Friendly, patient, and child-focused attitude Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, digital tools)
