Role Overview:
To oversee the academic functioning of Classes 6-10, ensure smooth curriculum implementation, maintain high teaching standards, and support teachers and students in achieving academic excellence while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Planning and Delivery: Develop and monitor the academic plan for Classes 6-10, ensuring timely completion of syllabus and alignment with CBSE standards.
Teacher Mentoring and Support: Guide and support teachers in effective lesson planning, classroom management, and pedagogy to enhance teaching outcomes.
Curriculum Implementation: Ensure that the school's curriculum is implemented effectively and that teaching practices promote conceptual understanding and critical thinking.
Student Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze student academic progress and ensure appropriate remedial support where required.
Coordination and Communication: Act as a link between teachers, principal, and administration to ensure smooth coordination of academic and co-curricular activities.
Assessment and Evaluation: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of assessments, ensuring fairness and consistency across classes.
Parent Engagement: Facilitate regular communication with parents regarding academic performance, school programs, and student development.

100% of the prescribed syllabus across Classes 6-10 is completed as per the academic plan and properly documented in the syllabi format.
Student Academic Improvement
Each section under coordination shows an average improvement of at least 10% in overall performance between the first and last internal assessments.
Stakeholder Feedback
80% positive feedback from students, teachers, and parents gathered through structured feedback forms and periodic surveys.
Operational Efficiency
All academic reports, assessment schedules, and documentation are submitted on or before stipulated timelines with 100% accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:
Master's/Bachelor's Degree with B.Ed. (Experience as Academic Coordinator or similar leadership role preferred).
