Post-Graduation in any discipline (preferably in Education / Management).
B.Ed. / M.Ed. will be an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum
3-5 years of teaching experience
in a recognized school.
Prior experience in an administrative/coordination role will be preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to coordinate between management, teachers, students, and parents.
Proficiency in handling school operations, academics, and activities.
Knowledge of educational policies, curriculum planning, and modern teaching methodologies.
Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital platforms.
