The Center Head will be responsible for complete management of the school center, including academics, admissions, staff coordination, parent relationships, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee overall functioning of the school center
Manage admissions, inquiries, counseling, and parent meetings
Lead and coordinate teachers, admin staff, and support staff
Ensure smooth academic and operational activities
Monitor student strength, retention, and admission targets
Implement school policies, procedures, and discipline standards
Handle parent concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels
Coordinate with marketing team to support admission growth
Maintain records related to students, staff, attendance, and fees
Ensure a safe, positive, and child-friendly learning environment
Skills & Requirements
Experience in school administration, teaching, or education management
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage staff, parents, and daily operations efficiently
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, school systems)
Problem-solving mindset with a responsible and professional approach

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
