The Academic City School is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Badminton Coach to train students and help them build a strong foundation in the sport. The role involves conducting regular practice sessions, improving students' technical and tactical skills, and preparing them for inter-school and district-level competitions.
Work Timings:
Monday to Saturday: 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct structured coaching sessions focusing on fitness, skill development, and match strategies.
Motivate and guide students to perform their best during practice and tournaments.
Maintain discipline, safety, and sportsmanship during sessions.
Develop training plans suited to different age groups and proficiency levels.
Coordinate with the school's sports department for tournaments and sports events.
Ensure the proper maintenance and use of badminton courts and equipment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Certification in Badminton Coaching from a recognized sports authority (preferred).
Prior coaching experience, especially with school-age players.
Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
Passion for coaching and developing young talent.
