We are inviting applications for the position of

Admission Counsellor/ Academic Counsellor

. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who can engage effectively with parents, handle admissions, and support the school's front-office and counselling functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the front office, including admissions, parent counselling, and query handling.

Convert prospective parent inquiries and leads into confirmed admissions through counselling and regular follow-ups.

Organize and lead school tours, presentations, and promotional activities to showcase the school's offerings. Maintain admission records, visitor data, and generate reports for management. Handle both outbound and inbound calls for admission-related queries. Conduct market research and competition analysis to support school outreach. Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality parent engagement and smooth admission processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline with strong communication skills. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in admissions counselling, customer service, or parent relations. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage documentation efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with persuasive ability. Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and telecalling skills. Service-oriented attitude, with flexibility to work as per school requirements. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Patient, adaptable, and creative approach to handling parent interactions.
