Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day school operations, including academic and non-academic functions.
Supervise staff, support teachers, and ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines.
Handle admissions, student records, and parent communications.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Ensure a safe, disciplined, and student-friendly environment.
Coordinate with management for strategic growth and development.
Organize school events, examinations, and administrative reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Education, Administration, or related field.
Minimum
4 years of experience
in school administration/management (CBSE school experience preferred).
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of CBSE norms, school operations, and compliance requirements.
