The Admin Executive reports directly to the Admin Manager (or the Principal/Head if the Admin Manager position is vacant).
Will work collaboratively with other administrative staff, operations teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth functioning of operations.
Job Overview
Under the direction of the Admin Manager, the Admin Executive is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operational activities, vendor management, and on-field administrative tasks. The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, operational exposure, and the ability to resolve issues independently.
Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee and coordinate on-field administrative and operational tasks.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and service agreements.
Supervise maintenance, logistics, and facility requirements.
Verify purchase orders, bills, and coordinate with the accounts team for timely vendor payments.
Maintain administrative documentation and compliance records.
Support events, inspections, and day-to-day requirements.
Ensure smooth execution of transport, security, and housekeeping operations.
Prepare periodic operational reports for management review.
Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Admin Manager from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in administration or management).
2-5 years of experience in on-field operations or administrative roles (school/education environment experience is an advantage).
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation processes.
Male candidates preferred due to the on-field nature of the role.
