Innovera School is hiring an
experienced and reliable Admin Executive
to manage the school's daily administrative functions and support the smooth execution of school operations.
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 to 5 years in school or institutional administration
Key Responsibilities:
Managing admissions-related paperwork and student records
Handling front-desk responsibilities including phone calls, emails, and visitor management
Coordinating with teaching and support staff for daily schedules and requirements
Managing inventory and ensuring timely procurement of school supplies
Organizing school events, meetings, and parent-teacher interactions
Ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of school facilities
Liaising with transport, housekeeping, and security staff for smooth operations
Supporting the Principal and HR with documentation and administrative tasks
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
Familiarity with basic computer operations (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
