Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration & Operations
Oversee day-to-day school operations and administration.
Coordinate with teachers, parents, transport staff, and management.
Maintain student records, attendance, admission documents, and registers.
Handle front office activities -- phone calls, enquiries, parent meetings.
Ensure campus cleanliness, safety, and maintenance follow-up.
Admissions & Parent Interaction
Support the admissions team with enquiries, campus tours, and follow-ups.
Maintain enquiry-to-admission records.
Provide clear communication to parents regarding school processes.
Staff & Resource Coordination
Monitor teacher attendance and submit reports to HR/Accounts.
Coordinate timetables, substitutions, events, and exam schedules.
Manage inventories: books, uniforms, stationery, ID cards.
Compliance & Reporting
Maintain statutory documents and school compliance records.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management and principal.
Assist in fee follow-up coordination with accounts team.
