Manage front office activities: handle calls, emails, visitors, and inquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate student records, admissions files, attendance data, and prepare certificates/ID cards.
Assist staff with administrative tasks, maintain staff attendance and leave records, and support HR documentation.
Handle fee-related queries, maintain petty cash, and support basic accounting and procurement of supplies.
Draft and circulate notices, memos, newsletters, and coordinate communication between parents, teachers, and school leadership.
Organize logistics for school events, meetings, and parent-teacher interactions.
Monitor office equipment, manage inventory of stationery and learning materials, and coordinate maintenance requests.
Ensure proper filing, data confidentiality, and compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
2+ years of administrative experience (preferably in a school).
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and school management systems.
Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
