Oversee daily school office operations and administrative systems
Act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, staff, and external agencies
Manage student admissions, attendance records, transfers, and student data
Maintain accurate staff and student records in line with data protection requirements
Provide administrative support to the Headteacher, senior leadership, and teaching staff
Prepare correspondence, reports, timetables, and official documentation
Organize meetings, take minutes, and support school events and examinations
Assist with basic financial administration including fees, invoices, and purchasing
Monitor office supplies and coordinate ordering and inventory
Support HR processes such as staff records, leave tracking, and onboarding
Coordinate maintenance and repair of school buildings and facilities
Support compliance with health, safety, and facility-related regulations
Skills & Experience:
Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a school setting
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
Education:
Graduation/Post Graduation

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
