Role Summary

We are looking for a

Ex-Army/Paramilitary Officer

,

resilient and field-focused professional

to look after Administration of Office of School and

lead overall school administration and School Bus Transport Fleet

Key Responsibilities

1. Security & Oversight

Design and implement end-to-end

site security strategy

, SOPs, and crisis management protocols. Identify and deploy

guards, tools, and surveillance systems

at School Conduct regular

security audits

, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with School protocols. Handle

incidents like thefts, intrusions, protests, Indiscipline

, and work closely with fellow Staff.

2. Office & Transport Administration

Oversee

management of school , transportation

Drive

standardization

and consistency in Transport processes across all areas .

Key Competencies

Strong

security planning, execution, and risk mitigation

capabilities. Excellent

crisis-handling and decision-making

under pressure.

Firm personality

with the ability to handle on-ground resistance and influence stakeholders. Deep understanding of

labor laws

contractor governance

. Languages: Proficiency in

Hindi & English

; regional language is a plus. Open to over Duty and must be comfortable working from

remote/rural area

Ex-Army/Paramilitary Officer

or strong Site IR/Security/Admin professional with a commanding presence. Must be willing to

set up systems from scratch
