To ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all administrative operations within the school, including infrastructure management, staff coordination, compliance, procurement, and support to academic activities.
Key Responsibilities:1. General Administration
Oversee day-to-day school operations and administrative staff.
Supervise office procedures, record keeping, and communication systems.
Manage front office, transport, housekeeping, and maintenance operations.
Ensure all administrative processes are aligned with school policies and statutory requirements.
2. Infrastructure & Facility Management
Maintain the school campus, buildings, and classrooms in excellent condition.
Supervise repair, renovation, and preventive maintenance work.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for infrastructure and facility services.
Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness across the campus.
3. Human Resource & Staff Support
Maintain attendance and leave records of teaching and non-teaching staff.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance documentation of staff.
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to institutional norms.
4. Finance & Procurement
Handle school purchases, quotations, and vendor management.
Monitor stock registers, asset records, and inventory control.
Assist in fee collection coordination and expense tracking.
Prepare administrative budgets and monitor cost efficiency.
5. Compliance & Liaison
Coordinate with government bodies, CBSE/State Education Boards, and local authorities for inspections, renewals, and compliance.
Maintain statutory records like Fire Safety, Building Fitness, and Sanitation Certificates.
Support documentation for affiliation and audit requirements.
6. Academic & Event Support
Provide logistical and administrative support for examinations, events, and parent meetings.
Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and facilities for academic use.
Facilitate smooth communication between departments and management.
