Assist in planning and organizing educational events, seminars, and student activities.
Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, materials, catering, and guest coordination.
Work with internal teams, vendors, and volunteers to ensure smooth execution of events.
Help in creating promotional content and social media announcements.
Maintain event documentation and feedback for future improvement.
Provide on-site support during events to manage attendees and troubleshoot issues.
Guide prospective students through course offerings, admission requirements, and enrollment processes.
Handle incoming queries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
Maintain records of student inquiries and follow up regularly.
Support the admissions team in organizing seminars, open houses, and info sessions.
Provide accurate information about the institution, programs, scholarships, and deadlines.
Assist in student documentation and application processing.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams as needed.
