The role serves as a vital link between parents, teachers, and school leadership, ensuring that operations run efficiently and professionally.
As a School Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for many stakeholders and will help create a structured, welcoming, and well-managed school ecosystem. Your contribution will directly support academic teams and enhance the overall parent and student experience.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front-office operations, including visitor handling and daily administrative support
  • Act as a primary contact for parents, addressing enquiries and coordinating communication
  • Maintain and update school records, files, student data, and official documentation
  • Coordinate closely with teachers and school management to support academic and operational needs
  • Assist with admissions processes, enrolment documentation, and related follow-ups
  • Support daily school operations to ensure schedules, processes, and activities run smoothly
  • Use basic computer systems, email, and school ERP tools to manage administrative tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and organization in all administrative activities
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • A graduate with prior experience in school or education administration (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or education support role
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable using basic computer applications such as MS Office, email, and ERP systems
  • Calm, professional, and approachable when interacting with parents, staff, and visitors
  • Reliable team player with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
